As part of our training as a certified mosaic artist, we were able to participate in a very innovative and pioneering project for terminal care.
The new building of the culture-specific hospice Ipek in Mahlow / Berlin is decorated on the outside with beautiful and large-scale mosaics. Inside, there are also mosaics in front of and inside each patient's room, designed to make it easier for the patients and their relatives to spend the last hours together.
We are very happy that we were able to contribute our modest share to this project.
It is difficult to describe the feelings one feels at the thought that one's own artwork is perhaps the last thing a person sees in his life.
A very big responsibility, which played a major role in the creation of the work.
